Scholars fill the gymnasium in their graduation caps and gowns as the crowd claps to their accomplishments of becoming a WSU alumni. Sentimental speeches are given by the graduating classes’s peers before they line up to accept their diplomas before heading out onto the courtyard for goodbyes and good lucks for their next chapter.
